Your physical body is the only possession you own 100 percent outright. Houses, land, money, titles, lovers and other apparently indispensable possessions can be lost - and they can be taken away from you. The only thing that can steal your body is death. • "Am I prepared to invest some time say 2-3 sessions each week performing an exercise program that will go a long way into helping me to stay strong?"
• "Am I prepared to make an effort to eat more quality natural unprocessed food?"
