Diabetes is often the result of stuffing your face over a long period of time, without the thought of the consequences.

If you smoke-STOP, no cutting down-STOP. You are messing up your blood flow; you are messing up your respiratory system. Eating the right foods is what it is all about. Simply put, eat nothing that lives, or was alive, or walks along this earth. IT IS THAT SIMPLE. Do not eat anything that has been refined or modified. Let's look at those things that you should avoid like refined carbohydrates. You should not have any more sugar or things that contain sugar. No more Coke or similar, no more fruit drinks, no more ice creams, no more moo juice, no more dairy products, no more breads.

Let's look at the things you can eat. You can eat almost anything that is grown in the ground or swimming in the ocean. These are all the fruit and veggies you can eat and all the fish you can eat. Now some people have a problem with no meat. Some of this, is a state of mind, gone are the meat and three veggies. If you have to have meat start reducing it down to 10% of the meal and make sure it is lean meat.

Beware of side affects

The side effects are:

- Weight loss

- Lower cholesterol

- Lower blood pressure

- Lower need for diabetic medication or removal altogether

- Wardrobe malfunctions....you will need a new wardrobe.
