A natural reaction to the toxins is for the body to produce more fat to engulf the toxins prevent damage to other vital organs. Therefore, if you continue to take these food stuff and try to lose weight, the chances are you won't because you body will continue to produce fat as a defense mechanism. If you cannot lose weight, this may be one major factor.

Now, detox diet for weight loss has been discussed by many people but one other danger is that, if you do strenuous physical exercise with all these toxins in the body, the fat will release the toxins back into the blood stream when it burns. This can cause harm to you. It is better to get involved in some detox diet that will help cleanse your system of these toxins while you do the exercises. Eat more fruits with anti-oxidant properties when doing the exercises so that they absorb the free radicals that will destroy your body cells when released.

In summary, if you cannot lose weight, adopt a detox diet plan, gradually do physical workouts and increase intensity as you progress along your detox diet. Make sure fruits with anti-oxidant properties are taken more frequently. Do not worry if you do not know what anti-oxidants are. Seek advice from a nutritionist on what fruits contain anti-oxidants. They are very important in this day and age where toxins are present in foodstuff and even the water we drink.
